The wire is cut off at a fixed length, stripped at both ends, then terminal crimped at single end, inserted into connector at the other end, dipped in tin at extra station. Also, it can be non-standard customization, but also can flexibly expand a number of additional functions: inkjet printing, insert waterproof seals, insert heat-shrinkable tube, code tube and so on.
