Common malfunction one: the length of electronic wire cutting is not consistent. 
The cause of the failure: it may be that the feeding wheel of the automatic crimping machine is pressed too tight or too loose, the tangent edge is worn or the edge is worn. 
Solution: adjust the straightener of the automatic crimping machine to play the role of straightening and send it out smoothly as the principle, and replace the new cutter.


Common trouble 2: different length of strip opening. 
The cause of the failure: the feeding wheel is pressed too tight or loose, and the cutting knife of the automatic crimping machine is too shallow or too deep. 
Solution: adjust the gap between the two wheels so that the wire is not flattened and too loose to slip with the micro-tuning parts of the roller wheel of the automatic crimping machine. The cutter depth adjustment part of the automatic crimping machine is used to adjust the knife edge to the appropriate position, so that the copper wire will not be hurt and the rubber can fall off smoothly.


Common fault 3: the automatic crimping machine cannot start or stop in the middle. 
The cause of the fault: there is a problem with the current and voltage output, the wire or the running part of the card, the limit number or the power supply connection is incorrect. 
Solution: check whether there is current input (220V) and 6KG air pressure, check whether there is wire or some running part stuck, check whether the automatic crimping machine has signal connection or power connection and lead to the machine without pressure, if these phenomena occur, you can solve them one by one.


Common fault 4: uneven copper wire on the terminal.
The cause of the failure: the wire of the automatic crimping machine does not match, the knife edge does not match with the failed pen catheter, and the auxiliary pressing block is loose.
Solution: check whether the gun-shaped swing arm conduit is attached to the wire, check whether the knife edge of the automatic sheath terminal machine is relatively straight with the swing arm conduit, and check whether the auxiliary pressing block of the automatic sheath terminal machine is loose, if these phenomena occur, it can be solved one by one.
