I. stranding process. 

A) check the single-line diameter before going online, and the single-line diameter error should be within the scope of the technical rules. 
B) to check the appearance quality of the single line, it should be smooth, oil-free, no severe mechanical damage, and no severe oxidation of copper wire. 
C) check the selected pressing wheel, wood mold and steel mold, which should conform to the technical rules. 
D) check the number of stranded strands, arrangement, stranding pitch and stranding direction, which shall be in accordance with the technical rules. 
E) to view the geometric dimensions of the stranded compression wire core, which should be in line with the technical rules. 
F) it mainly depends on the quality of the wire harness, such as appearance, material texture, burr and so on. 
G) check the single-wire joint and request that the welding is necessary, and the interval between the two joints should not be less than 300mm.

II. Insulation process. 

A) check whether the selected mold is in line with the technical rules. 
B) check the insulation thickness, the average value of six points and the thinnest point should be in line with the technical rules. 
C) for incoming materials, check whether the specifications meet the requirements, find out the relevant data according to the law, and edit the standardized documents according to the production needs. 
D) check the quality of the insulation, request good plasticizing, appearance lubrication, blind visible bubbles, impurities, cracks.

IV. Shielding process. 

A) to check the number, direction and stacking rate of copper strip winding, it should conform to the technical rules. 
B) check the quality of the package, the request is flat and tight, and there should be no wrinkling, crimping, missing or bruising. 
C) check the welding quality of copper strip and request that the welding of copper strip joint is necessary. 
D) check the quality of the cable, the request is flat, no interspersing and pressing. 
V. Cable forming process. 
A) check the arrangement, pitch and direction of the insulation core of the cable, which should conform to the technical rules. 
B) to check the standard scale, number of layers and mode of winding, which should be in accordance with the technical rules. 
C) check the appearance quality of the finished cable, request that the winding tape is tight, without the appearance of discount, damage or leakage; the filling should be full, the appearance of the cable is round, and the non-roundness conforms to the technical rules. 
D) check the quality of the cable, the request is flat, no interspersing and pressing. 
VI. Barrier sleeve. 
A) check whether the selected mold is in line with the technical rules. 
B) check the thickness of the barrier sleeve, the thinnest point should be in line with the technical rules. 
C) check the appearance quality of the barrier sleeve, request round, do not have the appearance of loose sleeve, drum bag or missing bag. 
D) check the quality of the cable, the request is flat, no interspersing and pressing. 
7. Armour process. 
A) to check the standard scale, number of layers, winding direction and winding gap of steel strip, it should conform to the technical rules. 
B) check the welding quality of steel strip, request that the joint of steel strip should be welded, the joint should be flat and firm, and there should be no burr, warping edge or hole. 
C) check the quality of the package, request round and tight, do not show the appearance of missing package. 
D) check the quality of the cable, the request is flat, no interspersing and pressing. 
VIII. Outer sheath. 
A) check whether the selected mold is in line with the technical rules. 
B) check the thickness of the jacket, and the thinnest point should be in line with the technical rules. 
C) check the quality of the coating, no poor plasticizing, charring, air bubbles or impurities. 
D) check the appearance of the sheath and request the sheath to be tightly squeezed on the cable core, with a round and lubricated appearance, no flattening, loose sleeves, drum bags, leaking bags and scratches. 
E) check the cable identification symbol, request clear handwriting, connection, content in line with technical and plan requests. 
F) check the implementation of the spark test, request the sheath of the armored cable to go through the spark test, and the test voltage conforms to the technical rules. 
G) check the cable quality, the request is flat and there is no interspersing.
